Support
Questions, subscriptions, and your data.
Getting help
Write to contact@blimae.com and we will answer.
If it is about your own data, send it from inside the app — Profile → Help & data → Contact support → Write to us. That fills in your anonymous device ID and your app version automatically, which is what lets us find your record. Blimae stores no name and no account, so without that ID there is nothing to look you up by.
Managing your subscription
Blimae subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are changed and cancelled through Apple rather than through us. On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. You can also tap Manage subscription in the app’s Profile tab, which takes you straight to Apple’s subscription list in the App Store.
Cancelling before the end of the 3-day free trial means you are not charged.
Restoring a purchase
Reinstalled the app, or moved to a new iPhone? Tap Restore Purchases on the subscription screen. Because Blimae has no accounts, this is how your subscription comes back — it asks Apple what your Apple ID already owns.
Keeping your photos
Your scans, scores and before/after photos live on this iPhone only. They follow you to a new iPhone if you restore it from an iCloud backup, and they survive iOS offloading Blimae to free up space.
Deleting the app erases them for good. Reinstalling brings your subscription back — Apple remembers what you bought — but not your history, so you would be paying again for an empty app. Before you delete Blimae, tap Profile → Help & data → Save my photos to Photos: it copies them into your own photo library, where nothing we do can reach them.
Deleting your data
- On your iPhone. Profile → Erase my data removes everything held on the device: your answers, routines, scans and photos.
- On our servers. That does not touch the scan counts we hold. Profile → Help & data → Delete the data we hold writes to us with the ID we need to find them.
Your rights, and exactly what we hold, are set out in the Privacy Policy.
Something is wrong with a scan
Your full analysis is metered per device, not per account — Blimae has no accounts. Each device gets its full analysis, plus one spare attempt in case the first read fails, and then one re-scan a week. If a scan was counted but you never saw the report, write to us from inside the app and we will restore it.
